A cord cutting can cut the flow of energy to those people with whom men or women have negative emotional attachments. By choice, cords may never be reformed with certain people. However, if it is desired to reform cords with particular people, new cords can be reformed from a healthier place, so that the flow of energy is positive. For example, as soon as one is in the presence of a child or loved one that the cords were cut to, new cords re-form right away, but from a healthier place.
