And How to Do it Differently

– to process multiple emotions without becoming overwhelmed and reverting back to old, unhealthy behaviors

– to develop your own movement program to increase metabolism and create a feeling of well-being (from a source other than food)

– how to connect up Spiritually for assistance and support

– new ways to overcome your "weak" times of the day, night, month, season

– new coping skills to deal with situations that often trigger overeating when you are not hungry

In addition to Eating for Emotional Reasons being offered in a workshop format, it can also be implemented in a private, personalized individual session, by appointment.
