Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify Karen in writing by text or email at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you.

If you notify Karen in writing at least 24 hours in advance, then you will not be required to pay for the cancelled appointment.
However, if you do not notify Karen in writing at least 24 hours in advance and/or you do not show up for our scheduled appointment, then you are responsible for immediate payment in full for the missed appointment. Thank you.

- If you have communicated with Karen via phone,
- determined which Clair-Ascension® offering you wish to venture into,
- received a text from Karen confirming the mutually good date and time,
- and texted back to Karen to confirm,
- then the appointment is officially established (even if a first meeting has not yet taken place)
- and the above Cancellation Policy and payment apply.
