Parenting, Teaching, Coaching, and Working with Indigos

Indigos receive this name because their soul color is indigo. Indigos are very wise, old spirits. In fact, each Indigo has a particular gift. Each is a genius in a specific area. The job of parents and educators is to assist Indigos in finding and then encouraging, supporting, nurturing, and developing their particular area of genius.
It is extremely important that parents, educators, and employers understand these children, young adults, and adults, how they are different from those born prior to the Indigos, and how to effectively parent, teach, and interact with them. The approach that worked with earlier generations simply does not work with the Indigos. In fact, it is often counterproductive and frequently self-defeating.
This Parenting, Teaching, Coaching, and Working with Indigos class will assist parents, teachers, coaches, employers, and employees, as well as Indigos themselves, in understanding ramifications of this genius, patterns of bonding, how their emotional needs differ from those born previously, mate agreements, social difficulties, seeming hyperactivity and alternative strategies to drugs, how Indigos learn differently, how Indigos mirror unresolved family issues, and more.
Role playing is one of the tools that is utilized in the class to assist people in learning and practicing new skills of parenting and teaching the Indigos. These skills are in alignment with who Indigos are and what works for them and ultimately what works for everyone else!
In addition to the Indigos class being offered in a class format, it can also be implemented by appointment in a private, personalized individual and/or family session.
I love to give this informative talk to spiritual groups and to faculty, parents, and/or students at elementary, middle, junior high, and high schools. Also please see the information on my Kabbalah for Indigos course.
This class is approximately 3 hours but can vary. Not everyone needs the full 3 hours. But if you have been struggling with Parenting, Teaching, Coaching, and Working with Indigos, then to truly shift this pattern may take more than 3 hours.
