"Clearing Low-Vibrational Emotions Quickly" Class
Rather than shopping, overeating, overdrinking, taking drugs, smoking, sleeping, watching TV, surfing the Internet, keeping extremely busy, and/or talking on the phone, learn how to experience, express, and move through low-vibrational emotions to a high-vibrational state of joy and love.
Emotions can be very helpful--they can provide important warning signals. For example, fear warns when there is an imminent danger; anger indicates when a boundary has been crossed; grief allows us to mourn appropriately, and so on.
