To Register and Reserve your space for any or all of Karen’s Courses/Classes/Sessions, please register by filling out the form and pay online below, or send a check to arrive, at the latest, 1 week before scheduled meeting.
Cancellation Policy for Single Class or Private Session: If you are unable to attend a class or private session, please notify me in writing, by text or email, at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify me in writing at least 24 hours in advance, then your pre-payment will be honored by transferring credit toward another class. That class must be taken within 3 months. However, if you do not notify me in writing at least 24 hours in advance, you forfeit the transfer opportunity, and you are responsible for paying for your missed class or missed private session. Note: For Ongoing Monthly Courses (for example, Kabbalah): Student agrees to pre-pay for the following month at the end of each monthly meeting. The prepaid check is then cashed the following month. Returned checks subject to US$25 fee. Cancellation Policy for On-Going Monthly Courses: If Student discontinues an ongoing monthly Course, s/he agrees to give a minimum of one week’s notice, in writing, before the next meeting. If Student fails to give one week’s written notice before discontinuing, s/he will be responsible for paying for that last month’s meeting. Student agrees to continue to be financially responsible for all of the previous months in which s/he has participated in the Course. However, Student will no longer be financially responsible for subsequent month. |

To pay by credit or debit card (through PayPal)
If paying by credit or debit card, please total up the class fees for which you registered and please apply an additional 3% handling fee (for the convenience of paying on-line).
Once on PayPal, enter the total (including 3% handling fee) into the "Item Price" (please do not include a dollar sign or your order will not process) and click "Update" before entering your card information.

To pay by Venmo
You can make payments using the Venmo app or Venmo debit card. The easiest way to do so is person-to-person.
- Click on the Venmo app on your mobile device.
- Choose the payment icon or the Pay/Request button.
- Type in the Venmo username that Clair-Ascension provides to students/clients.
- Add the payment amount.
- Include a note to the payment, including emoji, Snapchat’s Bitmoji, and Holler stickers.
- Check that you’re sending money in your Venmo from the desired account and submit by tapping the ‘Pay’ button.
- Confirm payment.
