"Eating for Emotional Reasons, and How To Do It Differently" Class
Learn:
● to clearly identify and differentiate emotions,
● to give yourself permission, space, and time to feel your emotions,
● to express your emotions in a healthy manner,
● specific questions and steps to help process each emotion quickly,
● to process multiple emotions without becoming overwhelmed and reverting back to old,
unhealthy behaviors,
● to explore limiting mental beliefs that are contributing to low-vibrational emotions,
● to develop your own movement program to increase metabolism and create a feeling of well-
being (from a source other than food),
● to release stored up energy in your body from suppressed emotions,
● to connect up Spiritually for assistance and support,
● to overcome your weak times of the day, night, week, month, season – with new coping
skills to deal with situations that often trigger overeating when you are not hungry,
● to love yourself enough to desire to put healthy food into your body and brain (rather than
trying to force yourself to do so, or rebelling against your own healthy impulses to do so),
● TO LOVE AND HAVE INTIMACY WITH YOURSELF AND ALL OF YOUR EMOTIONS,
RATHER THAN TO HAVE INTIMACY WITH FOOD!
