"Healthy Boundaries" Class
What exactly are "Healthy Boundaries?"
What kind of boundaries did you learn in your family of origin, if any?
When you were growing up, were your boundaries (physically, sexually, verbally, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) frequently violated? Are you currently in relationships where you continue to allow your boundaries to be violated, because it is familiar?
Conversely, are you possibly unaware that you may be violating others’ boundaries because of your upbringing, because you were never taught, by word or by example, how to respect others’ boundaries?
How are your boundaries currently in your close personal relationships (i.e. with yourself, your spouse, children, parents, siblings, neighbors, and friends)?
How are your boundaries with your boss, clients, and co-workers?
How are your boundaries with food, money, alcohol, and drugs?
Learn how to define "Healthy Boundaries" for yourself, and how to set and enforce them (without caving in) and how to respect others' boundaries, in all kinds of relationships and situations. Role play is a chief learning tool in the work.
